The Rose Corporation offers its customers one of the East Coast’s largest state-of-the-art blasting and painting facilities specially designed to handle large equipment and components. Our five-bay facility has separate blast and paint units, each one 25ft. wide by 20ft. high by 60ft. long. The entire 10,000 sq. ft. facility is EPA compliant and contains storage space for up to six tractor-trailers.

Our cross draft spray booth, offering heat cured applications, allows us to apply high quality industrial coatings. We specialize in low VOC applications including enamels, epoxies and high-temperature paints. Our dual media blast operation, using steel grit or glass bead, can prepare carbon steels, alloy steels and even motorized equipment for paint. Our blasting and painting team has more than 50 years experience in surface preparation and industrial coatings technology.

A major advantage of working with The Rose Corporation is that we are equipped to handle very large components and, in addition to blasting and painting, we provide a full array of manufacturing services including heavy steel plate fabrication, custom machining, industrial furnace installation and maintenance.

Our 150,000 sq. ft., eight-building complex includes in-plant crane capacity up to 80 tons. We are strategically located to serve customers in the northeastern and mid-Atlantic states.
