Heavy steel fabrication is The Rose Corporation’s original and primary strength.
We combine highly skilled craftsmanship, technology and sizable facilities to produce very large metal components in complex configurations not available from other fabricators. Equipment includes plate shears, brake presses, bending rolls, CNC machines and automatic welders. We work with numerous metals, including carbon steel; stainless, nickel and specialty alloys; titanium; and copper. We are certified to use the ASME "U" and "S" stamps as well as the NBIC "R" stamp.

At The Rose Corporation, fabricating large, heavy steel plate is our specialty.

Customers benefit from our unique combination of craftsmanship, equipment and space. Our highly skilled fabricators have many years of experience shaping a variety of metals and have built a reputation for delivering the highest quality work on-time and within budget.

One major advantage of working with The Rose Corporation is our ability to handle big components. Our 150,000 sq. ft., eight-building complex has
18ft. x 18ft. overhead doors and an in-plant crane capacity of 80 tons. We have 18 overhead cranes, including an outside crane capacity of 50 tons.

Fabrication capabilities within our plant include:

• Plate shears: 1/2in. x 16ft.

• Brake press: 325 tons

• Plate rolls: 5/8in. x 12ft., minimum roll diameter: 6in.

• CNC burner: steel to 12in. thick, stainless to 3in. thick

• CNC autofeed saw: 18in. x 24in.

• Angle roller: 5in. x 5in. x 1/2in. thick

The Rose Corporation offers heavy metal fabricating, custom machining, blasting and painting, industrial furnace
installation, and maintenance that are not readily available from other firms. We routinely work with high-quality carbon and stainless steel, titanium, cast iron, copper, aluminum and alloys such as Inconel and Hastelloy. Welding capabilities include TIG, MIG and stick. We also offer plasma cutting and operate multiple-burn machines.

The Rose Corporation is authorized to use the ASME “U” and “S” stamps as well as the NBIC “R” stamp. Our welders use the SMAW, FCAW, GMAW and GTAW processes in accordance with ASME section IX and AWS D1.1 and D1.6 codes.

“I have always been impressed with The Rose Corporation’s responsiveness and flexibility. They are easy to work with and do a thorough job. They can handle the entire project - including engineering - and deliver on time. I am always pleased when I can give my business to them.”
