turning up to 96” diameter, horizontal milling
on 7” spindle
boring mills, and planer milling to dimensions of
34’ x 10’.
Our machining equipment also
includes a variety of lathes and drill presses. In
addition to using our machining capabilities for
turn-key orders, some customers also use our facilities
for their own unique machining needs. |

We
are known for our quality workmanship and expertise
with large components. Our skilled machinists - some
with as much as 35 years experience - specialize
in heavy duty machining that includes turning up
to 96 inchdiameter, horizontal milling on our 7 inch
spindle boring mills and planer milling up to 34ft.
x 10ft.
Our plant doors measure 17ft. x 17ft. and we have
80-ton in-plant overhead crane capacity. We routinely
work with high-quality carbon and stainless steel,
titanium, cast iron, copper, aluminum and alloys
such as Inconel and Hastelloy.

The Rose

a solid reputation for specialized, high-quality machining
and expert craftspeople.
We occupy eight large buildings
comprising 150,000 sq. ft. of fabrication, machining,
blasting
and painting facilities.
