We are happy to announce Dan Klein’s return to The Rose Corporation’s Industrial Furnace Division providing part time support to customers operating electric arc furnaces (EAF).

Melt shops throughout North and South America operating arc furnaces up to 20 ton capacity know Dan and have benefited from his more than 40 years of experience working with both the Universal Machine Company’s and Rose Corporation’s electric arc furnace products. Dan also has extensive experience with other EAF brands such as Lectromelt, Swindell, Whiting, and more.

Holding degrees in both mechanical and electrical engineering provides Dan the unique capacity to service all aspects of customer’s EAF needs.  Whereas many EAF engineers hold single-focus engineering degrees, Dan’s dual-focus degrees, combined with his career-long experience, allow him to deliver quality solutions involving both the mechanical and electrical aspects of EAF design, maintenance, and operation.  It is because of Dan’s unique skills that The Rose Corporation delivers a broad spectrum of support to our EAF customers that include new and rebuilt furnaces, technical support, replacement parts tuning services, and more.

In addition to owning the intellectual property for the Universal Machine Company, The Rose Corporation maintains an extensive archive of intellectual property for additional EAF brands such as Lectromelt, Swindell, Whiting, and more.  With Dan’s experience we accurately match drawings with our customer’s specific requirements for replacement parts and support services.
