Shipping a Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer stack assembly

The Rose Corp specialized in contract manufacturing of industrial equipment. Here we can see 2 halves of a regenerative thermal oxidizer stack assembly staged for shipping. Much of the equipment manufactured here is so big it has to be shipped in pieces and assembled at the final site.

Here we can see one of the components being hoisted by our 30 ton crane:


Measurements are taken and the stretch wrap is marked to allow precise placement and centering of the component on the trailer:


The shipping and assembly crew work together to position the component on the trailer and level it with lumber underneath:


Here you can see the other side of the cylindrical structure:



Now the shipment is ready to roll:
